NOTICE: Lund International – Ford F150 – Nifty Floor Mat Product Data Supplement – RMA will be needed
Dear Lund International Customer;
Lund International is providing you with notice of a potential product fit issue for Nifty Floor Liners sold for the 2009-2010 Ford F-150. Attached is our new product supplement listing for Nifty Products. Please note the introduction of several new SKUs for the 2009-2010 Ford F-150. We have also changed the model year listing for the current Nifty SKUs for the Ford F-150.
Previously, we had listed the model years associated with these SKUs as 2004 -2010. We have changed the product data so that the model year coverage for the current Nifty SKU’s is now set at 2004-2008.
Please note the following:
- We have made these changes in our system effective immediately and will provide data updates to our customer base as per our standard product data processes.
- As the product labeling for these products is incorrect, please cease selling the above listed floor protection products immediately and contact your Lund International Customer Service Team for an RGA for any of these products you may have in inventory.
- These RMA’s will be provided and product will be returned to Lund International at no cost to you. Lund International will pay for the inbound freight and provide full credit, with no restock fee, on all of this merchandise.

To obtain a Return Material Authorization Number, please complete the following form. Alternatively, you may download the RMA form, and email it to returns@lundinter.com, fax it to 1-800-438-3788 or call 1-800-241-7219.
After completing this form, you will receive an email or phone call with a Return Material Authorization Number and New order number.
