Three years ago I bought a roll up cover for my Silverado Truck. Great cover over that time, only problem I had was the velcro starting coming up on the ends. I contacted customer support, and they sent me two brand new rails, UPS at the house 3 days later, NO CHARGE!!!! Now that is service. They told me if I had any further problems to contact them. Nicest customer service I have ever dealt with period!!! This is a great cover made by a compnay who backs thier product, thats all you can ask for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I have nothing but great satisfaction with Lund. I purchased a Genisis roll up for my 07 Dodge Ram. Installation was a breeze. Two weeks after installed I did have a latch break, through fault of MY OWN. I emailed Lund inquiring how to go about getting a replacemnt. 5 days later I had TWO latches sent to my house via UPS, at no charge to me. Great customer service and a great product. I am very happy and highly recomend purchasing a Lund.

I did a fair amount of internet research before I made the purchase. Many sites had vidio's of the install, and they all obviously edit it to make it look as easy as possible. I had two concerns on this one and they were; whether or not it sat too high and if my bed liner would pose a problem. Lund clearly stated "cannot be used with over the rail bed liners". Mine did not go the side rails but it did up by the cab. I also have a tail gate cover and hoped it would not be a problem. I took a chance and placed the order. I did need to cut out two small sections of my liner up near the cab in order to mount the two nuts to the two bolts, but even with that the installation took no more than an hour. Very easy install and very clean look. Only one complaint. The kit comes with two carriage bolts and two nuts for the front end attachment, seperately placed in a zip lock bag. I received only one bolt. That was disappointing, but Home Depot had the exact bolt and I was back in business. Thanks, Wally

It gives great protection to the box on the truck. This week we had a record setting snow storm and I didn't have to shovel out my truck. The cover is very easy to clean off. We haven't driven the truck very far since getting the cover, but I am sure that we will get better gas mileage. It looks great on the truck.

The Lund Genesis cover was very easy to install was able to do it by my self. I really like the fact that the supports roll up with the cover and that it rolls with very little effort. The last cover I had the supports had to bent and put into brkts and you had to finds someplace to put them when you rolled it up. very happy with this cover

I decided on this cover because it doesn't cover the tops of the bed rails. It was ver easy to install and looks great. The only thing that I don't like is that I wish that the top were attached to the cross bars. Driving down the freeway with the windows down and the radio off it sounds like a beating drum. I don't even notice it any other time and think it's something that most of them do. Also it's not a watertight seal. On heavy rains some water does get into the bed but not much. Overall I'd buy again and I am very pleased.

Would be a 5 star except the velcro which is glued to the side rails, starts coming off after 6 months.
The ease it which it rolls up and stows away is great. The supports roll right up with it. Too bad about the velcro issue. That's why I only give it a 3.

I was a little iffy as to how the cover would look with my bed rails being somewhat rounded. But it fits great. A little water does get into the bed after a car wash, but I think it's because I had to cut a little plastic off the corners of the tailgate cover. The F150 Lariat comes with plastic caps. Looks good, very functional, awesome investment!

The Lund Genesis Roll Up Tonneau Cover really enhances the look of my new Toyota Tacoma truck. My only complaint to date is that it has a tendency to leak along the side rails during rain showers. Should I try applying some kind of sealant along the rails? If so, please make a suggestion as to what type of sealant I should use for this purpose. Thank You. Wayne

New truck, new cover. This one replaces a Access cover I had on my last truck. The fit and finish is better. I love the dual latches on the back. Don't have to open the tailgate to latch it down tight. Leather grain finish on fabric looks sharp. Best buy out there in roll-up covers. This is a real bargain!

This is my first bed cover and my first experience with one. The instructions are not clear, but can be followed and installation is easy once you figure it out. After I had installed the rails, I noticed some fine tuning was needed for that perfect look. I would recommend this cover, but then again I have nothing to compare it with.

Very happy with cover in all ways except that the installation instructions were somewhat lacking. In my case, I installed the cover quickly and it appeared to fit perfectly. Since the cover fit so nicely with the factory tension adjustment, I thought I was finished. However, when attempting to unlock it from its extended position I accidently broke a piece off the latch. I contacted Lund and they immediately FedEx'ed a replacement part at no cost to me. Their customer support was great but they could be more profitable and have better customer satisfaction IF they simply added adjust requirements (versus information) to their installation instructions.

This was extremely easy to install...I think that it took longer to read the instructions than it did to put on. Just grab your cordless impact or drill, place the side rails on top on the closed tailgate and front of bed and install the clamps. Place the rolled up cover on the front of the side rails, install the two nuts and bolts to hold the cover on the side rails. Unroll cover and make whatever small adjustments are needed. It really is just that easy.

I wanted an inexpensive means of covering the bed when not in use. The Lund roll up cover fit the bill and free shipping didn't hurt either. Installation was quick and painless. the top was shifted slightly to one side, a few taps with a rubber mallet and a punch on the metal spine in the frame centered it right up. Had I paid attention would have noticed the straps need to get routed under the front section to allow securing when rolled up as well as preventing the sound of the free strap whacking around against the cap in the wind. The fix was quick and easy, loosen the front section and route the straps, reseat the fron section and secure again. One thing to note this installs covering the rail system in the bed, you can use one or the other but not at the same time.

I personally have a Roll Up Tonneau Cover and wouldn't be without one. I like mine so well that I purchased a Lund Genesis for my Son's Birthday. It took approx. 15 minutes to install and added character to our Trucks. What I like about mine is the easy access to my Box, the cover rolls up so easily and rolls back out just as easy. It's a great product and I highly recommend one for anyone who owns a Truck.

Excellent cover fits very well and installs easily in 30 minutes or less. Cover does not flap around at speed like cheaper ones. My only complaint is that it does not cover the post holes on Dodge truck beds, I had to buy some post hole covers to make the bed waterproof. The rollup and store feature is great for fifth wheel hitches or people who need to carry a motorcycle. The locking and tensioning system on the back makes this cover very user friendly and secure when the tailgate is locked.

It took me about 30-45 minutes to figure out why the rails would not go on as they were supposed to. The cover came with zero instructions, so the 20 minute installation took over an hour because I had to put it on twice. I'm handy, but not an engineer, so I didn't get it right the 1st time. I bought this item a few weeks ago. I've never had a soft tonneau cover before and it works and looks great. I was going for something not too expensive for my 03' Silverado and I couldn't have chosen better. It is worth the money!!! The only bad thing to this are the instructions. The letters are like a "computer" size 6 which is not too bad if you have good vision. I do have good vision but if "LUND" or whoever puts together the instructions would spend more than 50 cents on ink and actually have the words readable it would be a perfect five. Other than that, no complaints...

Overall this is a great cover. Installation was easy and only took about 30minutes. It fits my 6.5 Silverado bed perfect and it doesn't cover the rail pockets at all so I can install a rack if I choose. The only thing that could be somewhat better is the latch. You have to pull the cords on either side of the bed to release the cover. For the price it's no problem for me.

Only took 30min to install, by myself. It has the best sealing of any other soft tonneau that I have come across. No water leaks yet. It rains alot in New Orleans. The two best features I like: 1) it clamps to the INSIDE portion of the BED, which left plenty of room for BED RAILS, and 2) it fit over my plastic bedliner w/o having to cut it. A word of advice is NOT to use the stick tape on the tonneau rail and the truck bed. I installed w/o using the tape in case I needed to completely remove for heavy hauling. Still no leaks.

Not completely watertight yet. Stake pocket covers should be recommended or provided and something to fill gap in front corners would help. I am still looking for both. I would also consider adding another bolt in the center of the front rail to stop leakage. Installation was pretty easy. Did it by myself in an hour. I could install one now in 20 minutes. Printed directions were very hard to read, clarity was very poor which added to the install time. I have opened and closed cover 3 times so far and everything seems to work well. I think once I get all the leaks fixed it will be a good addition to my truck.

The good points to the cover are that it looks great and is very easy to roll up and then roll back out. But at the front corners of the bed there is a small opening on each side where some water can get through and it does not have a very good water seal when the tailgate is closed. It also took longer than the 20 minutes it says to take to install it. But it was not that hard to install. Overall I like it, and would recommend it.

Unfortunately the side rails cover up the existing side rails so that the well designed tie down system is defeated. You have to remove the sliding tie down anchors since the track will be covered by the cover side rails. The cover side rails could have had an additional rail to preserve the tie down system. With the rails installed down against the top of the tailgate, the engagement of the cover seal with the top of the tailgate is marginal at best. One of the rear corner end caps was missing on the original order.

So far, so good. Took about an hr. to install and probably would have taken 15 min. less if I wasn't so anal about getting the rails perfectly level; close enough for the eye is good enough, but hey, it was my first time. Definitely needed to be tensioned, and it's a snap to do so. I'm not into the scalloped look, but it really only shows in your rear view mirror while driving. Everything inside is dry as can be. Installed it over bed rails and it worked fine. Claimed gas mileage increase?? I'd say if there is it's barely perceptible; I'll just agree to say it definitely doesn't hurt it. The whole thing seems to be a very solid addition.

This is a terrific cover and even seems to be water tight, so far. It's been on my Tundra for about 3 weeks now and even made a trip to New England from Maryland - and did great! My only concern is that when I put a load of dirt in the bed, I'm afraid bits will get in the velcro strips, so I will need to get some sort of cover for that part. Also, the installation did not allow for a liner already existing in the bed, but my husband figured out how to attach it with the liner in place. It is doing great so far - great quality for the money.

Suggest putting thin spacer (like a paint stir between top of tailgait and rail temporarily. Would like a bit more tension on the cover. Live in Texas so with more side tension and hot temps, some of the velcro tape on side rail peeled back.

My F-150 seems like a new vehicle since I installed Genesis soft vinyl Tonneau cover. What a sleek and smooth ride the cover turned that truck into.

This is my second tonneau cover and my first was a different but also a popular brand, the Lund Genesis is as good a any on the market and reasonably priced. It is made of quality materials and was a perfect fit, easy to install, very good product.

It looks good. It has not rained yet so I have not seen how well it holds up in the weather. I've also installed a tail gate gasket and a lock for my tailgate. The installation was easy and it looks good. It was a good purchase.

The Genesis Roll Up Tonneau Cover took about an hour to install mostly because I had to do a little trimming on my OEM under rail bedliner. The front corners of the bedliner were the culprit. Once this was completed the side rails were easily installed. On the front rail access for the nuts was a little tight, due to the bolts being right up against the bed liner, but with a little persuasion they went on. If you have a spray on or no bedliner these problems would not exist. For the few hundred miles I've used the cover it seems 98% waterproof. I feel it could be 100% water proof if the side rails were about 1"-1-1/2" longer and the cover extends about 1/2" further down the rails. I rolled and unrolled the cover in 10°F. temperatures and it latched closed easily. The heavy duty velcro sides makes sealing the sides a breeze in any temperature.

I previously had the snap on tonneau cover on my last tacoma, and this time I ordered the Lund Roll up. I'm very pleased with how quick it is and the latching movement. Makes for a tight fit, and easy operation. The slim look is exactly what I was going for too.

This cover is well made, good materials, and installed very easily. I have had it over a month now and it is performing well. There are some gaps at the front of the bed in the corners that may let a little water in, but I haven't had any leaks yet. The rails don't sit perfectly flat at the back of the bed, but it doesn't seem to be affecting much and I'm not sure that anyone else would ever even notice. Overall, I am happy with this cover and would order one again.

I had a Truxedo on my previous Chevy. A quality product, but leaked a lot of dust, and water at times. The Lund Genesis in my opinion is a better cover, not to mention a lot less money. Installation was a breeze, and it seals up great. My next truck will definitely have another Lund Genesis Bed Cover on it.

This cover is of good quality, and performs well. It is easy to open and close at the rear to throw stuff in. You can also open the tailgate without having to unlatch the cover. The tension device works well to keep the cover as tight as you need. The cover rolls up and secures easily, and undoing it and latching it in will take 2 to 3 minutes. Overall I'd recommend it over the cheaper ones.

Looks great, easy to install. Directions could have used more help. Only complaint is the end of the tonneau cover is not as tight on the top of the tailgate as I would like. I've re-adjusted the cover several times and still have a problem with significant amounts of dust getting in the back when going down gravel roads. (The rest of the bed is sealed.)

The cover was received in six days and was installed that evening. My friend and I took and hour to clamp it down and roll it out on the bed rails. It looks and fits great. Lund makes a good product. Several of my other friends own a competitor's cover and like mine more than their own. The price was excellent. I would purchase another one.

I just put it on yesterday as my truck was being worked on. It fits nice and looks real nice. I am sure that it will be just as I expect. It rolls up and fits tight just as I thought it should. It took me about an hour to put on not the 25mn as advertised. The directions are not that great nor is the illustrations in the directions that helpful. Shipping was fast with no problems. After I ordered I had a question and called the 800 number and the person I talked to was helpful and considerate.

This is my second one. Just bought a new truck and ordered the same as I had on my other truck. They are made specific to the truck year and model! Fits perfect. It is really simple to put on. 30-45 minutes tops. No drilling and all quality parts. The velcro makes rolling it up and down easy and fast. My friends have the "snap" covers and hate them. The snaps need to be aligned every time u want to close it. They don't stretch enough to easily use in the winter time, plus, they get really hard to snap closed after a while. The Lund Genesis adjusts if you need it to. (Although I never needed to.) The stabelizing bars stay in place when rolled up, so u can really open and close it in maybe 20 seconds. It is true utility. Well worth the extra money compared to the other covers on the market.

The cover fits great. It is nice and tight. It took a couple tries to learn how to get the clamps on just right but after the first few, the rest went on easy. I do not have a bedliner but I expect that getting the clamps on with a bedliner might add to the challenge.

Install was easy.Looks GREAT. I will suggest that you check the release cables before you latch the cover down for the first time. If the cables are sticking out any they will scratch the back rails. Thus causing the top to get scratches when 1st rolled up. IT WAS EASY TO FIX.

I had a Lund tri-fold cover on my last truck, but I wanted to try the roll-up. Installation was harder than the tri-fold but still not bad. Fit and look are great, easy access to the whole bed. Negative is it covers the rails for the Tacoma's adjustable tie-down cleats.

After searching the web for reviews of bed covers for an F350 I eventually decided on the Lund. All I can say is this is a nice product. Installation was a breeze and it works so well. My truck looks good with it on. Access to the bed is quick and the bed is secure with the tail gate locked. I highly recommend this tonneau.

Another perfect product from Lund. Very nice cover. It looks amazing on my black truck. Easy installation, Took me about 25 minutes and most of that time was just getting the 6 clamps in place correctly. I love how low profile it is and also that it doesn't hang over the bed, so you can still have bed rails on. Also works with my tailgate protector. Highly recommended product.

I am completely satisfied with my lund cover. It actually makes my truck look better and more sleek. The velcro is a breeze to use. Sure glad I didn't get the snaps, I am always opening and closing it with either tools or fishing rods and it would be a real pain. I can still tote my dog in the back with it rolled up, with no sags, like other covers I've seen, and she loves it. I love when things work like they are supposed too.

The cover as a whole is a great product, but I did have slight problem with the installation. The problem occurred when I attempted to insert the carriage bolts into the "T" slot of the cover assembly. I found that the "T" slot was a little to small for the "round-headed" bolts making it difficult to adjust the bolts to match up with the holes in the side rails. Other then that, as a mentioned before it's a great product and would recommend it to others.

All it was advertised to be, and installation was pretty easy. The adjustable catches work very well to adjust tension. We've had very high winds all week - up to 80mph at one point - and the cover stayed firmly attached while I drove into the wind at 65mph. Makes my '88 Chevy look good because it covered up the scratched bed. Would buy another.

I found this product to install easily, it rolls up in a matter of seconds!!!! My only issue is it leaks a little bit near the cab. It may be a seal issue between factory bedliner and the cab rail. But My things are protected from the harsh elements and gets out of the way for the big things. Shipping was a breeze and the price was better than just right... :)

Great product and as easy to fit as the instructions implied - had it been on the stock truck. Unfortunately I have a bed liner that required a slight modification with a Stanley knife to fit the side rails properly. No fault of Lund's or the cover hence the 5 star rating, just added about 20 minutes to the job. Only complaints I have are minor: 1) tailgate seal not as good as I had hoped but adequate. 2) cover not quite 'square' behind cab i.e. a little more cover on one side of the bed than the other - but still seals fine. 3) one of the plastic clips to hold it in place when open was split on arrival and there was a slight 'dent' in the cover where the metal brackets had rested during transit - maybe a little more packing material in the box would help. Neither issue really affects its use. Overall I'm very satisfied and might give Lund a call to see if I can get a replacement clip sent out as it's a 2 minute job to replace.

Hands down this is the cover to buy. It takes about 15-20 seconds to roll the cover up. The fit and finish is first great. My first tonneau cover did not have the cross bars attached which made for rolling the cover up cumbersome. So for the few extra bucks this is the cover to buy!
