this is my second lund zipper cover and i love it easy to install and roll up so i can use my fifth wheel. it has been improved in the last years and looks great on. would recommend to anyone.

Very easy to install this cover. Clear directions and no hidden tricks. The only improvement I can suggest is adjustable clips on the straps to hold it when rolled up, I never was a boy scout so I am not good with knots. I have already recommended it to a friend. Robert.

Hate to admit this but I read the instructions. Found the hold downs/ clamps to be somewhat confusing. Exactly how they are to be attached to frame rails.Otherwise wise very pleased with the quality, appearance and cost.

The cover was easy to install. It took me about 20 minutes. The instructions call for you to cut out the plastic on the bed cap where the clamps meet the bed but I had no problem installing it without cutting. I don't think I would want to cut out an area and then if I ever took the cover completely off, the cut out areas would be exposed.

This was very easy to install. The look and fit is good. Well worth the price. Excellent product.

Overall I am very happy with the cover. It looks sharp and seems like it should withstand the elements well. However, as others have said, it is not waterproof as I found out in a rain today. Most of the bed was dry, but anything by the tailgate and the rear "seal" was wet. I would like Lund to consider making the entire unit about 1" longer than it currently is. Right now the bar that seals by the window barely seals the front and there is barely any overlap on top of the gate. If it was just a little longer, I think this would help. Another suggestion is to put velcro straps under the cover to tie to the cross pieces. I will probably have these attached at a local shop as this would GREATLY improve highway 'flapping'. But those are minor issues, it covers well and looks good on the truck. Win-win.

The cover appears to be everything that I desired. It was easy to install, looks great, and keeps the bed dry. I am very satisfied in every way.

I purchased my new tonneau cover, installed it and took a long road trip. The cover installed easily without additional help. It looks great, fits great, and keeps the bed clean and dry. My only complaint is the long tie straps constantly flap on the highway. I haven't figured out a way to keep that from happening yet.

When I was reading the other reviews I had a feeling that I was going to be pleased with this cover. My only worry was that I had read that it was hard to remove bar that goes over the tail gate. Well I can tell you it is very simple. Something else that I read was that it had more of a bubble while on the highway. Well it's no more than any other cover. Great product and easy to install.

Had a little problem w/ the corners,but if you seal them first the rest is a piece of cake........installation took 45 min,but if i did it again itll be around 20-30 min........overall i love it ...it looks good and keep the bed dry

looks great,works great, fairly easy to install, it was a little tough to put on the first time because it was cold out but figured out putting corners on first maid it much easier.

I installed the cover on a very cold day( 25F)> I couldn't make it fasten so I undid all of the bows. Later that week I drove on a one hundred mile trip. Once arriving I was able to put the bows back on and fasten the tarp. Today it was about 15 and I had to unfasten the tarp and roll it up. Once home I couldn't make it fasten again. I love the looks, price and quality but don't like it in cold weather.

Since this was my first tonneau cover it was easy to install and it took about a half hour. I recommend it to anyone who wants to buy it.

I debated between a hard cover and a soft cover but decided on the soft cover due to price. It was easy to install and only took about 20 minutes. It looks good and is easy to use. It keeps the bed dry in hard rain except for a few drops that seems to come in through the tail gate. It takes a minute or two to open and close the tonneau. I was initially concerned that the last crossbar over the tail gate was not removable. However, it does easily remove along with the three other arches to open the entire bed if needed.

Looks very sharp, water and snow proof, easy to install. The only caution is pre-existing bed liners. If the top 4 rails of your bed (front, sides, and tailgate) aren't flush, then adhering the cover down may present a problem. I had a bed liner on the front rail and the tailgate, and so there's a small gap on the side rails. Other than that, its a great cover that adds alot of storage capability and security to your truck.

I purchased one of these and really like how easy it is to install, even in cold weather. The bows fit nicely and the seal & peal fastening system works well.

I really like my Lund Genesis Seal & Peel Tonneau Cover. The price I paid for the Tonneau Cover was better than what I thought I would have to pay, the materials are heavy duty and should hold up well in any kinds of weather, and even though it took us a little longer than 20 minutes to install, after it was done we had to agree that it was quite an easy job. Instructions are easy to read and understand. Shipping was good,too! I have never used this type of cover before and my only concern is that if I want to load something into the truck bed, I will have to either slide it under the rail that sits near the top of the tailgate, or I will have to lift the object over the rail. The other rails slide, so no problem there. Overall, it is a great product.

I was amazed how easy the tonneau cover went on. On my truck there wasn't a very wide front edge on the bed so it was easier to install with the cover unfurled. The truck has a optional treatment to the exterior that makes the painted surface really slippery so adjustments were a bit tricky. In the end everything went together as advertised, the cover is tight and seems to handle highway speed without collapsing the stretcher bars. I really like the ease that the seal and peel went together to make a good tight seal. I think I'm going to enjoy using this cover.

This tonneau cover is an excellent deal. it was very easy to install, 20 minutes and cover was out of box and on truck. I have had the snap on cover and this seal and peel is a lot better. the snap on took about 2 hours to install and did not fit all the way around. the ends near tail gate would flap because it wouldn't seem to stretch enough to fit 100%. i recommend this cover to anyone!!

The cover installed esay and looks good on the truck. The seal down system used to hold the top down to the frame is questionable. When you roll the top to haul something it is hard to roll up small due to the seal system. Would rather they use velcro for the seal down system. Still would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

THIS IS SECOND SEAL AND PEEL I HAVE BOUGHT. I HAD ONE ON MY COLORADO AND WAS SO HAPPY WITH IT THAT WHEN I GOT A NEW SILVERADO I INSTANTLY GOT ONE FOR IT.IT WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL, TOOK ABOUT 20 MIN. AND AN ALLEN WRENCH WITCH COMES WITH THE COVER. MY BROTHER WAS SO IMPRESSED THAT HE GOT ONE FOR HIS RANGER.

This is my first tonneau cover, so I have no basis of comparison but my observations are as follows: Installation is easy, if you read the directions first it goes on in less than an 30 mins. Clamps are sturdy but don't seem to keep the rail flat on the bed rail (this may be a function of my Tundra rail geometry). With a simple shim i think i could remedy this. Overall quality is good, time will tell how the top survives. I don't take mine on/off that often so i would expect several years minimum. The seal and peal works very well, and keeps 99% of the water out (parts of the truck bed are not seam sealed which would make it completely water tight, but again this is a Tundra issue and may not be an issue on another model) Overall - can't beat it for the price.

This is the best bang for you buck...It took me a whole 20 minutes to put it on(by myself)...The seal and peel is great and alot better than snaps and buttons...All and all this is a great bed cover and you can't go wrong...

good quality for the price, the vinyl has a nice shiny finish to it that doesn't look cheap. Super easy to install, can be completely removed easily as well if desired. The seal and peel was not as easy to engage as it looks, requires some precise placement and pushing to get into the grooves but very secure when done, looks like it'll last long as well and wont break as easily as snaps. I even figured out a way to install a negative input pinswitch under it to trigger the alarm if the cover is peeled opened.

I would like a rigid cover but it's just not practical for me because I use my truck like a truck and haul stuff in my bed way too often. So, I chose a soft cover that I can take off frequently. This is a great buy at only a couple hundred dollars and its very easy to use and install. It's also made well and should stand up to heavy use.

Very good product and I believe well worth the money!! I would recomend wrapping the rubber bottom of the clamps with electrical tape, solves the vibration loosing problem and makes for a permanent snug fit!! Also make sure your bed caps are a level,flat surface for a real good seal!!

The ease of installation was great took less than Half an hour. Now my stored items stay out of sight and dry. Not to mention it looks great too. Ease of access is also a great feature of this tonneau cover. If need be I can roll it up and still have use of the entire bed area.

The cover was exactly what I wanted and was the best value. It took longer to read and comprehend the instructions than it did to install. I like Lund Seal & Peel Cover much better than the Lund Snap Cover I had before because the cover goes on more quickly and the didn't require any small nuts and bolts and the fit was much better.

The sale price on this mad it a very good value. The only flaw was a wrinkle in the rear left corner due to crooked sewing. Very easy installation, took a little over an hour. My truck bed stayed dry during heavy downpours the next day.

2009 Toyota Tacoma's have a slightly curved bed rail so the square frame has to be placed exactly even on top or it overhangs. Not really an exact "made-to-fit" accessory but once installed, it looks very nice. And above all, it keeps everything in the bed dry when covered, even in a hard, blowing rain storm.

I've had a tonneau cover on every truck I've owned. One was a custom cover from an upholstry shop which doesn't match the quality of this one. Installation took around 20 minutes at the most with no problems. very pleased..

I put this cover on my 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD. It looks and fits great. Takes about 20-30 minutes to install and a monkey could do it. Better looks and easier to use than the covers with buttons. I searched for a cover for about 2 weeks and this was the best one I could find for this price. No regrets about this purchase.

I have had 2 other tonneau cover in the past, both were La Bra, both were the same price as the Lund. The Lund is easier to assemble (not that either was hard) and seems to be much better made. Better bows, betterrails, better cover etc. I like the way it assembles compared to others and it looks good for the price. Wish I could have a hard cover with patching paint but I do use my bed and those cost like $800.00 or better in my area. In short, if you want it, get it, you wont be disappointed.

I ordered this cover online on 4/14 and recieved it on 4/17. Took me about 25 - 30 minutes to install after it took me 5 minutes to get the old cover off that the wind destroyed. The old one was a cheap velcro cover. The seal and peel on this cover work great and holds well even when driving 65 - 70 on the highways. It is a great cover.

It looks wonderful on my truck and I'm so happy I made this purchase. I originally bought this just to cover suitcases in the bed of my truck on a trip I am about to take, but now that I have put it on, it looks so good I'm just going to leave it on. I'm even in a wheelchair and had very little problems installing the cover. I priced other covers and they were all ridiculously priced. The installation was fast and simple, the longest part was to seal the cover because it needed time to stretch out. I received the cover in a matter of days, and it with stood a snow storm we recently had in New York. It really looks good and a great way to dress up your truck without spending a bundle.

Cover was easy to install, even in cold weather. The only complaint I have is that the cover is permanently attached to the front rail, so there is no way to completely remove the cover.

The install project was surprising easy. The only issue following the installation is adjusting the position of the cover to prevent it from rubbing the truck cab.

I really like the cover but it was very hard to get the side rails to snap into the end rails. There were burrs on the inserts and I needed to file them down to get them to go in. Make sure you have a file so you can get them cleaned and down to were they can go in.

This tonneau cover was pretty easy to install, considering I did it in 40 degree weather. It seems to made pretty well. Though, I am concerned about the end rail at the tailgate not being easily removed if need be. Also wish the tie straps were of the velcro type. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

The Lund Genesis Seal & Peal Ronneau Cover was easy to install and looks great. It took about 20-30 minutes to install the cover, I had to make some cuts on my bedliner, but that wasn't difficult. The cuts added another 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the look and how easy it is to use. Very pleased with my purchase!

This cover was very easy to install, and, once my old cover was removed, this was on in about 25 minutes or so. Although it took me a moment to figure out how the peel soft fasteners work, they are easy to use now. The only issue I had with the installation is that I had the remove the tailgate portion of my bedliner. This was because the bedliner wrapped around the top of the tailgate causing a clearance issue with the cover's rear rail, which would not allow the gate to close. My solution was to remove the tailgate portion of the bedliner, and now the gates closes fine. I'll trim its top portion away (about three inches of plastic along the top) later and reinstall it to protect the inside of the tailgate, but I don't see this as a major issue. Good job on a great product Lund!

The cover arrived three days after I placed my order. Installation was a little tricky installing the headliner part, but the rest went very smoothly. The cover looks great, and I'm very happy with the lifetime warranty. Great value.

This product is a great value for the money. As advertised, easily installed and looks good. I recommend the Lund Tonneau cover. It does provide a increase in gas mileage for me of about 2 miles PG.

After opening the box I read the directions. Twenty minutes later the cover was installed. The cover went on with ease. I was very surprised with the ease of installation and very happy with the look.

This tonneau went together easily with no drilling or modification to either product or vehicle. Anyone can install this withing the manufacturer's suggested time frame.
The look is great and it is generaly easy to use except for the rear cross brace at the tailgate which doesn't seem as though it were designed to be removable. It is definitely great for weather protection as the integrated seal doesn't leak even in the heaviest rains or car washes. The rest of the cross braces just pop out easily and the tonneau rolls up and secures with integrated tie straps so it works for me 99.9% of the time. For the odd time I do carry a long and tall load I will just undo the six clamps and lift it off as an assembly which should only take a couple of minutes.
Regardless of the rear brace issue I am still very impressed with the overal product and quality for the money even after shipping and brokerage charges to Canada. I could not come close to this deal from retailers in this country.

I recently purchesed a Lund Genesis Seal & Peel Tonneau Cover about three weeks ago. I like to say I love it, I don't know why I waited so long to purches one. As for the gas mileage, I notice a difference in the gas useage. I wasn't sure when I listen to other peopel, but I am a believer in the gas useage. I installed the Lund Peel & Seal Tonneau Cover on my 2004 F-150 FX4 a month ago. It was very easy to install and a perfect fit. Probably took me less than 30 minutes. It seems to be built with a high quality and strong frame and support bows, and the vinyl also seems durable. The peel and seal system is easy to use and seems like it will hold up well, and looks better than snaps. The whole setup looks very nice on my truck. The only downside is that the directions say you can't take your truck through the car wash with this cover on. No big deal, but sometimes you just don't have the time to hand wash. Overall I am very pleased and wish I'd bought this cover sooner.

I recently purchased this Tonneau Cover which I installed on my 1996 Ford Ranger Splash pickup truck. The vehicle has 150000 miles on it and still runs like a new truck. This cover adds functionality and great appearence to my truck. In all, it took me 40 minutes to install the product with no problems at all. It almost installed itself !! I am extremely pleased with the cover and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a cover. I had an old pickup with a snap on cover. The truck ended up in the junk yard along with the cover. The snaps rusted quickly and were very difficult to snap especially with our Buffalo NY winters. The "seal and Peal" type on this cover works great and stands up to our notorious weather. I purchased this on sale so I feel I received an exceptional deal on a Great product. If you want or need a Tonneau Cover, stop shopping around and purchase this model...you won't be disappointed !

At first I was dubious about the seal n peal and whether it would hold solidly at cruise speed on my 2004, long bed, F-250, but not now. Installed it in less than 45 minutes even with my Grand niece (13) to help in tightening the clamps and zipping it up. Wish that all of my projects were as easy as this to complete and looked this good.

The only complaint is the tie downs that stay outside need a place where they can be tied down. They blew around and at times where bothersome while driving. They are too short to tie together.

After installing the frame, I had a little trouble getting the cover stretched over it and fastened down. I attributed this to the chilly weather and the fact that the cover had been rolled up in shipment. Once installed, the cover looks terrific and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one to anyone. Frame and cover appear to be top quality. A real value. Jerry

This item was very easy to install and stays on while running hi-way speeds. I would highly recommend this product for anyone thinking of purchasing a tonneau cover. Two Thumbs Up!

Installation was super easy. Appearence is very good. Rear cross bar has a rubber seal on it that does not make a tight seal on the tail gate due to the tail gate being lower than the bed rails. The cover removes fast without removing the side rails. Due to the tounge on the edge of the cover that fits in the side rails it is hard to roll the cover up to look neat. Better off just removing the cover for hauling large loads. Over all not a bad cover but there are possibly better for a little more money.

Adding the lund genesis seal and peel tonneau cover gave my 2000 dodge a new/nicer look overall. It works well keeping the bed dry and all the leaves and pine needles out of my truck bed. Installing it was fairly easy taking about 40 minutes. Getting the cover to seal the first time was a bit tricky, once i figure out how to do it, it was not to bad. I like the fact there are no snaps or other parts to rust. I would recommend this over other ones.

The Genesis Seal and Peel Tonneau Cover is everything that is advertised. Very easy to install and works very well keeping everything in the bed dry and concealed.

It was everything they said and so easy to put on. Quality material, 30 minute job, I love it, looks great.

Installed this tonneau cover on our 02' Dodge Dakota quad cab with no problems at all. There was a corner piece missing that was required to install the cover, but I contacted Lund directly and they were very helpful and immediately shipped out the piece that was missing, eight of them to be exact!

I highly prefer this design over the snap on tonneau covers because with the seal and peel design you can literally peel the cover off and roll it up, with very little effort, when you need access to your bed. With the snap on covers, or the ones I have dealt with at least, it can be quite hard to snap and unsnap the buttons when trying to remove or install the cover, which takes more time versus the seal and peel system and the snap on covers can do a number on your fingers from unbuttoning and buttoning all those buttons. Also in comparison to the hard top tonneau covers, with the hard top design, if you ever need to load something vertically into your truck bed you would have to completely remove the hard top cover and store it someplace, which would no doubt be a pain. Where as the soft tonneau covers you can simply roll them up and they are out of the way. The hard top covers also weigh quite a bit more adding more pounds to your truck. However on the flip side the hard top covers can be locked if that option were to be needed.

With this issue asside, once the tonneau cover is installed it adds a whole new look to your truck. One of the reasons we purchased a cover was that our bed had no liner or protection in it so it has gotten quite scratched up over the years and the tonneau cover just completely hides all of that history. Not only that but the cover has many functional uses as well and not just aesthetic benefits. The weekend after we put on the cover we had to pickup several 6' long cardboard tubes an hour away, and without the cover the tubes would have surely blown out on the way back unless we had strapped all of them down which would have been a hastle. Another great benifit of a cover is that if you go shopping you can now store all of your items in the bed of your truck and not have to worry about the weather factors such as rain and wind, and the cover will also hide your items from potential theives. The other major benefit is that studies show that trucks will gain 2mpg on the highway due to the improved aerodynamics that a tonneau cover adds.

So in closing, I would highly recommend this tonneau cover to anyone who is thinking about getting one. It is worth the little extra money for the seal and peel system versus the snap on covers and I believe that in the long run a tonneau cover will pay for itself

Couldn't ask for anything easier to install. Even in the winter and being cold it didn't cause any problems installing. It has peeled off and been replaced very nicely. I recommend it highly.

The Genesis cover went on over my bedliner rail covers without modification. It took well under 30 minutes to install.

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram Quad Cab Short bed truck. I bought this tonneau cover and it looks great. It was easy to install and fit just like it came from the factory already installed on the truck. The only disadvantage is that there are not any screws on the end where the tailgate is so that you can remove it and pull it right off in order to haul large items. It does remove but requires some force. Overall I am extremely satisfied for the price. I would definely recommend this to a friend.
