I have purchased these for the last 5 vehicles I owned. I like the dark smoke the best. These are easy to install without any tools or special skills and make the vehicle look very sleek. The life time warranty is a bonus and have had to contact Lund once about one that I had a problem with. Lunds customer service is very helpful and will do everything possible to make the consumer happy. Just installed the 5th set on my Toyota Rav 4 and once again they are a perfect fit and look great. I feel these are the best value and product available at a good price as well.

I have installed these on my 05 Town and Country. They fit good but just like other reviews add your own additional alcohol cleaning solvent and scotch brite pads to thoroughly clean the surface (especially if they are rubber). I would suggest to sales to ad one more packet of your surface prep solution (glue) because they dry so fast. Lastly it is not clear in the writeup that the surface prep needs to be applied last.

I've installed at least 6 sets of these over the years on various vehicles. As long as you dry fit the visors and get the mounting surface super clean (use paper towels and your own alcohol, all goes well. Take your time and make sure visors are symmetrically positioned, so front door and back door visors follow the same line.

It took me less than 7 min. to install my four window deflectors - did I say "install"? That's a strange word for "adhesion" - the adhesive on the back of the deflectors is all it takes to "install" these beauties. Not only do they keep out the rain and wind when your windows are open about 2", but they look classy. It's the best after market purchase I've ever made.

Waited till temperature hit 67 degrees to install 4 Ventvisors on a Kia Rondo. Made careful preparation/placement/cleaning of surfaces. No installation problems if you follow helpful on-line installation video. Adhesive only had 1&1/2 days of 70 + temps to "cure" adhesive. Looks like visors will be well attached - we'll see if they stay stuck in colder temps and rain. Seem to create less wind noise than just cracking windows without visors. Very happy with the look and ability to vent during precipitation.

I have put these on three of my vehicles so far and they are what is advertised. I don't care for the visors that fit in the window channel because it decreases the space in the window channel and tend to drag and bind the glass. But the stick on ones are just great.

Just what I wanted for my 2003 Tacoma truck! One thing to mention, mine didn't come with instructions on how to apply, but none were needed really. Just be sure that the surface is clean and dry before pressing it on. Recommend first pulling back just a few inches of the tape on both ends, and lightly pressing endpoints where they should go. Then, if straight and lined up correctly, pull back rest of tape and press firmly all along the length. Mine was the top-applied visor (not the in channel), so none of it should be tucked under any part of the window frame or molding.

The set I received recently is the 4th set my family has ordered and installed in about 18 months. They are easy to put on, great to have, and also, they help identify our vehicles when there is a crowd. Sure great when you want some fresh air and the weather outside is wet, so a person doesn't have to run the heat or AC.

Looks great and nice to have down here in the very hot and humid South - I can leave the windows down about an inch to let hot air out and even if it rains the inside doesn't get wet. Love it. The visors are not the kind that glue on the outside - they are mounted into the window track. I had a similar pair on my previous truck and really liked them better than the glue on type. However, on this truck, the front windows have a sensor to detect obstructions in the channel and when it detects an obstruction (the visor) they roll back down about halfway. Sooooo - every time I have to raise the windows TWICE. The first time the window thinks it is obstructed - again (within two seconds) to make the windows completely close. A pain that I hope time will correct?? The back windows are not a problem - they work fine.

Installed fine. Very minor problem with the curve of the front deflectors not matching the curve of the window frame exactly. There's more than enough frame so the things will still work. Just waiting for the long term test now. Will have to see how well the 3M tape holds up to the mid-west summers and winters.

Then press hard all over and they are there to stay.

Installation was very easy. Less than 1 hour. More like 40 minutes! I really like the look of them on my car. I purchased them mainly to keep the rain out while having my window slightly open. Can't roll the window down to much otherwise they are ineffective, but I can get some fresh air and not get wet by rain. I am pleased with this. I don't notice any difference in noise level. I thought they would cut down on wind noise, but they do not. Maybe if they were a little wider? They hold firmly on the vehicle. It advised not to go through automatic car washes, but I did when the attendant said it would be okay. It did not damage the deflectors at all. Overall I am very pleased. I had been suffering with the rain for quite a while before purchasing these. Wish I would have done it sooner.

I love my car, but cracking the windows the tiniest bit allowed the rain in. These solved this problem. See-through, dark-smokey plastic. Not solid black. Acts as a narrow sun-visor. Excellent fit. Looks like the car came this way. Only quibble is the minor surface abrasions due to the packaging design. Shrink-wrapped as a group on to display card with no surface protection between visors. No fault of AutoAnything. Not a deal breaker in my book. I am very happy with my purchase. They look great on my car!

This is a good choice for Honda Odyssey, as in-track visors are not available for this vehicle, and the Honda ones are very expensive and difficult to install around the chrome window trim. AVS product was easy to install. There is very little wind noise at 70 mph with windows cracked open. A minor complaint is that there is a 2" long strip of the window trim still exposed between the front and back door visors. I may paint it black.

Please read the instructions before installing!!! I was too anxious to install these on my car, that I didn't think to see that the front ones need to go under the side mirror sleeves, and had to remove and re-apply them later. The instructions clearly say that you need to do that. Again, stupid mistake by me. Overall, the build quality of these is great, and I notice no difference in the sound while driving. I live in Seattle, and these are a MUST if you have rainy weather most of the year. I will buy these for all my cars from now on.

Wife and I both had them on our previous vehicles and ordered them when I got my pickup last year and her SUV this year. We would not want a vehicle without them. They keep out the rain with windows down enough to let in fresh air when driving or parked, but its difficult to see them down and even harder for easy entry. A great feature in the Texas summer heat. Their clean, neat appearance add to the vehicles looks. Everyone that sees them comment on how they like the look of them, many saying they thought they came from the dealer as original equipment.

They went on in a flash, at first I didn't think such flexible deflectors were such a good idea, but once on they are stable. I've already had the car out and got caught in a downpour and was able to leave the windows all cracked open. No significant wind noise on the highway either. So from my viewpoint they are great. Not a perfect match in color but I didn't expect they would be, so no problem there.

Happy I finally got a set. Wish I had about 100,000 miles ago. Easy to install and they do the job nicely. Besides the obvious benefit of being able to crack the windows in the rain, they also make up for the stubby windshield visors standard in the FJ. They are kind of useless when the sun is off your left shoulder. They also make driving fast with the windows open a bit more comfortable, since only the the front windows open in the FJ.

The visors extend down a couple of inches on a 2010 4runner, which is enough to block the wind from your face without affecting the view. My wife prefers hers that extend down closer to 4 inches and block more wind, but I don't care for their look at all. These are a nice compromise between looks, keeping the view, and blocking the wind.

Was glad to find a source for window wind/rain deflectors as Subaru does not make any available. Chose the stick-on type because they worked well on the pick-up I formerly had. Service Manager at my dealership installed them for me and they installed very quickly. Work very well, allow me to keep windows cracked without worrying about rain getting in and help keep interior temperature down. Stand up well to car wash machines. Btw, my service manager was glad to find out about you because he's had others ask about a source for this product. Very pleased with both the way they look and are holding up.

Once I figured out that they DON'T install in the seal channel, they were more then easy to install. I didn't read that they install on the outside of the rubber seal. They need to be aligned properly before peeling the backing 'cause once they're stuck on, they are stuck on. Follow the directions and you can't go wrong. Great product!

I used the AVS window deflectors to replace ones that fit in the channels of the window which were always loose and caused premature wear on the rubber channels around the window frame. They are simple to install and will not come loose. I was concerned with how they would look but with their dark smoke finish they blend in perfectly with the black door frames.

I recently purchased 2010 Suburban LTZ that was solid white with chrome accent. Not being accustom to solid color vehicles I felt as though I had a blank canvas. The first thing I added was these AVS ventvisors; which my husband always has installed on all his trucks. I have had over 20 sets of Vent Visors in 30+ years of owning new cars/trucks. I wouldn't go without them. But my last set stuck to my car and ripped off my clearcoat on 1 door. So far AVS/Lund, doesn't seem to care. But the new In Channel set I intalled looks much better than the exterior set. Here in south Fla, you NEED to have Vent Visors, to get rid of some of our unreal heat in our cars. And keep the rain out. Even with the current issues I am having, I wouldnt go 'Ventless' ever. Always easy to install, looks great, and they usually stand behind their product. Time will tell. but as a review, the Vent Visors are a needed option for any car/truck.

I put a set of AVS Ventvisors on my Honda Odyssey upon my son's recommendation. I liked the ability to vent my car's interior come rain or shine; driving or parked. That was 8 years ago. I purchased a used CR-V. First rain I opened my window as I pulled down nose 1st out of my driveway.Imagine my surprise when the water off the roof poured into the driver side window! Then I went to order fast food on a rainy day. Drenched trying to do so. That was it for me~I knew I needed a new set of VentVisors for this car. AgainI am extremely pleased with the results. On vacation @ the beach and I can vent the car when it's in the lot. I could vent the windows as I drove here in the rain. I HIGHLY recommend these to anyone. *I also purchased the VentVisor for my moon Roof.It too I would highly recommend.

The look is great and my deflectors provide just what I was looking for - now I can crack the window and ventilate the whole vehicle while parked on hot sunny days, or during rain storms. The deflectors allow me to open the window about two inches or so, front and back, which is more than adequate for me. I have used Ventvisors on the last 5 vehicles that I have owend. They are always the first accessory that I put on a truck. They are easy to install if you follow the directions. I live in the South where heat gets high inside a truck in the summer with the windows up. I can leave a gap in the windows which lets air in and keeps rain out. On a rainy hot day I can crack the back window letting the air conditioner fan run more efficiently with less resistence than with closed windows. I will buy them again on my next car. I just installed them on an Acadia (GMC). They make the SUV look sharp!

Works great to stop water from running in when open window a crack during rain (my biggest complaint about Subarus for 15 years- you get soaked!). Now I stay dry. But since deflector is cut to allow door swing for Subaru, deflector does not come down low enough to reduce wind noise, etc. Would recommend for Subaru owners. The summer sun in New England can heat up the interior of your car like a sauna. Vent Visors provide a way to expell the excess heat without the need to run outside in the event of that sudden downpour to close your windows. I have installed Vent Visors on 4 different vehicles. A 2000 Jeep Cherokee 4 door, a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria 4 door, a 1997 Saturn SL2 4 door, and a 1992 Toyota Paseo 2 door. The Vent Visors matched the contours of the cars pefectly, were easy to install, and look good while providing that much needed ventilation. I did manage to crack one on the Toyota Paseo while pushing on it to close the door, but it was nothing a little glue couldn't fix.

I have purchased at least ten sets of these for various cars I have owned past and present, you can't beat the quality and price of these window vent guards. I have purchased other brands and these are the best in my opinion, easy to install and the 3M adhesive holds great.

They arrived way ahead of the 7 to 10 days advertised, were a snap to install (took about 20 minutes) and look great on my 2003 Acura MDX. The only flaw I found, and it was minute, was the fact that the edge on the passenger side front visor was still raw where it had been cut/molded. I was able to gently rub the edge down with my pocket knife to remove the burs and now they all look perfect. Great item!

Easy to install. Took 15 minutes to install on my '95 F-150. Great value and already paying off.

Installed on my 1992 Solectria Force (Geo Metro) The only problem as the pattern on the deflector did not precisely match the frame at the mirrors, but the stick seems to be sufficient. Looks good and keeps the rain out to help cool on hot sunny days.

The vent shades look sleek and trim, they allow my windows to be rolled down a bit and not allow rain water in!

This was the 2nd set I had to try. The first set was the in-channel set and didn't work (well not without screwing up the whole weatherstripping on window & door). These babies are awesome!!! Very easy to install and they look great. I've gotten quite a few comments on my vehicle's look just since I put them on. If there is any doubt about installing in-channel visors on your vehicle, go with these!!!

2005 Chevy Suburban - Before I had these installed the rain would drip in through the windows and get all over the door panel and controls, it was such a mess but now I can have my window open during the worse rain storms (not that we get a lot in Alaska) and I don' t have to worry about getting wet!

Installation was simple and they look great. The smoke color matches the tint on the windows.

These things are GREAT for my Dodge Dakota. I have had Them for about a year and a half and they have gone through rain, snow, and even sand. It is nice to be able to crack the windows while its raining and not get wet. They don't block your line of site out of your side view mirrors either. If you get a chance go ahead and buy them.
